Yes, Innoson MD has a case with GTB – Attorney General

he Minister of Justice and Attorney-General of the federation,  Abubakar Malami said he has not been briefed on the arrest of the chief executive officer (CEO) of Innoson Motors, Innocent Chukwuma.

Speaking with state house correspondents on Thursday, Malami said  he is aware of the case between Innocent and GTB but he does not have any knowledge on why the EFCC arrested him.

“In all sincerity, I am not privy to the fact that led to the stated arrest, I  have not been formally briefed by the relevant agencies.

“But one thing I know about Innosson, I know of the fact that there has a pending case between him and GT Bank, which is pending in a court and is being prosecuted accordingly.

“Other than that I am not privy to the fact and circumstances that led to his alleged arrest yesterday (Wednesday).
